these 2 images were fun to make both of which were my exploration in making custom brushes, and using lightening effects and layermasks,  for Mr. Hammet i wanted to go for that classic 80's look, but with all the effects and saturation i put on him it comes out looking like a oil painting or something i like it anyways...
the second i wanted it to be a flyer or something.  I actually hate the overall product, but the background was made with custom brushes, and lighting effects that i liked,  it really started to look like a nebula or star cluster...

both of these designs are geared towards bands or music venues, these are some of my first attempts at cool music designs... I wanted to represent charlotte being held up by music, and the other represents that every one is made to love music,  but it was harder to bring it together than i thought...
Circle E is the first and only logo I have made in my small career as a graphic designer,   the lower picture is my first attempt at advertising for myself maybe as a buisness card or mailer...

I took a pic of one of my favorite surfers, Taj Burrow, and turned the wave into a flowing design.

originally the city scape was going to be a crown for the woman, in hopes of representing the "queen city" Charlotte NC, although it turned into something a little different...
This is one of my favorites i took a drawing scanned it into photoshop and just had some fun.  I really enjoy working in both mediums and the freedom to experiment in photoshop without sacrificing the original work.
